What if I need to modify my order?
No worries. If you would like to modify your order and it has not been processed, please contact us. But remember that once your order has been prepped for shipping, it cannot be modified.
When I place an item in my shopping cart, am I guaranteed to receive the merchandise?
Listen – placing items into your shopping cart does not guarantee the merch will remain in stock. Once an item has been purchased, we will send you an order confirmation email. If we are unable to complete your order for any reason, we will notify you via email as soon as possible.
An item I NEED is sold out. When will it become available again?
If an item is listed as sold out, it is unavailable for purchase. You can click the ‘size sold out?’ link on the product page and sign up to receive restock notifications. You can also reach out to us for more information.
Uh-oh. I received a damaged product. What should I do?
This shit shouldn’t happen. But it did, so please contact us and we will handle it.
How do I find out when new styles are releasing and when?

When will my order ship?
Dope things come to those who wait, but we aim to ship out your order as quickly as possible. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order ships. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days, please contact us.
Do you ship internationally?
This ship is global, yo. We're proud to offer international shipping to the squad 'round the world. But there are some countries who won't let us ship to them. If you need more info, hit us up!
Do you ship to P.O Boxes?
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to Post Office (P.O) Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
Will I have to pay sales tax?
All orders shipped to California and Nevada addresses are subject to state sales tax and may be subject to local taxes. Orders to all other U.S states will not be subject to any sales tax.
Where does my order ship from?
All orders are shipped from our facility in Los Angeles, California.
My tracking information states that my order was already delivered but I have not received it. What does this mean?
Please contact us. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
How do I return an item from my order?
We get it, sometimes things don’t work out. With the exception of items marked FINAL SALE, returns are offered within 10 days after product delivery on merch that is unworn, unaltered and in new condition with all tags attached. Please note that return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

How do I exchange an item from my order?
Here’s the thing: if you want to exchange your purchase for a different size or style, we recommend simply buying the product you desire (this will ensure the product does not sell out by the time we receive your item back). You may then return your original purchase to us using the instructions above.

How do I know what size will fit me best?
We include any notable call-outs in the ‘Details’ section of the product pages. If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will help you find your correct size.
How do I care for the items that I purchased?
Each style has special care instructions attached to the garment. We suggest washing every garment on cold and tumble drying on low heat. Please do not iron artwork. If you have any questions regarding garment care, please reach out to us.
